Job Summary
As a support engineer, you will be responsible for handling, analyzing, and identifying network or product issues related to 5G and LTE Radio Access Network (RAN). Your role will involve working closely with tier-2 support to provide emergency support, CSR handling, software updates, routine maintenance, and network troubleshooting.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Perform customer support problem resolution.
- Perform Preemptive and Data-Driven Support.
- Perform Software updates.
- Manage Customer Relationship.
- Identify and drive improvements.
- Accept 24/7 on-call standby during certain weeks of the month and assist with maintenance activities during night shifts.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Degree holder in Telecommunication / Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline.
- Good knowledge in the latest RAN & IP network topology principles & techniques.
- Good knowledge in Linux platform operation, creating script files.
- Detailed knowledge and ongoing access to knowledge of system design and implemented functional characteristics.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Willing to work under high pressure and taking initiative with good focus on problem solving.
- Good collaboration across different functional teams locally and regionally.
- Pro-active and customer-oriented with good customer communication skills.
- Machine learning and automation knowledge would be a plus.
