As a crucial member of our Technical Support Organization, you will be supporting the newest technologies and products developed at Ericsson and contributing to our digitalization journey. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Senior Product Support Engineer engages directly with designers, testers, integrators, solution architects and field troubleshooters, you will drive fault isolation, contribute to technical task forces, and provide a broader understanding of how Ericsson RAN products and features are used in the field. Build your competence through exciting field trials, demos, new product introductions and commercial deployment support with key technologies and development projects.

What you will do:
• Acquire deep technical competence on RAN products
• Develop close connection within our development community to bring Design close to customer initiatives
• Identify faults, troubleshoot, and apply standard resolving processes in the network/solution/products
• Provide technical expertise as part of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Provide on-site and remote technical deployment support when required
• Contribute to Technical Taskforces
• Participate in technical leadership activities and effective communication with customers.
• Actively contributes to knowledge sharing
• Play significant role in improvement and innovation initiatives
• Support our digitalization efforts by exploring and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions
The skills you bring:
• RAN product knowledge
• Experience in RAN development or verification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Understanding of product development and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Basic knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
• High degree of flexibility to work in a changing environment and under customer pressure.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Self-driven with a commitment to continuous competence development.
• High ethics and compliance standards, with a commitment to Ericsson values.
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well with people and network effectively.
• Creativity, can-do attitude and out-of-the-box thinking
