We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst – PCN to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across different departments. You will work cross-functionally with various departments and collaborate in a dotted-line structure with Sales Ops teams to create unified, efficient processes and actionable insights.
What you will do
- Collaborate with ELC CUs/CSPs to understand their enterprise sales operations and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights using front-end tools such as Power BI and AI-enhanced platforms.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to gather data and align on key strategic initiatives.
- Support and help drive change management and project management efforts to improve systems and processes.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline trends, and operational bottlenecks; deliver actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement streamlined workflows to reduce redundancy and increase efficiency.
- Present financial analysis with a strong understanding of CapEx vs. OpEx budgeting models.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and clarity through attention to detail and critical validation.
- Participate in the consolidation of views and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
The skills you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Min of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales processes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Power BI, Salesforce.com, Excel, and AI-driven reporting tools.
- Proven experience or certification in project and change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Solid financial acumen, particularly in CapEx and OpEx modeling.
