Drive Innovation at the Heart of Ericsson's Sourcing IT


We’re looking for an experienced IT Product Owner (3–5 years) ready to step into a critical role shaping the digital tools that power Ericsson’s global sourcing and procurement processes.
You’ll join the Product Line Sourcing and Resource Management team, taking ownership of systems that support everything from supplier negotiations and contract execution to resource allocation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring technical fluency and the ability to align cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do


• Define the roadmap, evolution, and delivery of sourcing-related IT products used by thousands of Ericsson employees
• Work across business and technical teams to define system requirements, prioritise enhancements, and manage dependencies
• Align sourcing needs with enterprise IT capabilities, including cloud, automation, and AI
• Collaborate with internal users and stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement
• Translate business workflows into structured, scalable IT solutions
• Take ownership of meaningful projects, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What You’ll Bring


• 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, IT service management, or enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of sourcing/procurement or similar enterprise functions
• Familiarity with IT concepts such as cloud platforms, system integrations, and service lifecycle management
• Ability to balance stakeholder needs, user experience, and technical feasibility
• Clear communication and collaboration skills — capable of interfacing with both engineering and business leaders
• Curiosity about technology and a proactive mindset

A Unique Development Opportunity


As part of Ericsson’s GO Beyond program, this permanent role includes a 6-month secondment to another Global Functions team. This secondment provides you with exposure to a new area of the business (e.g., finance, operations, or legal), expanding your internal network and cross-functional insights, and facilitating progression within the Sourcing IT team.
