About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Pension, Benefits & Well-being Expert to lead the development and management of these programs in the GELA LATAM South region, aligned with Ericsson’s global strategy. The role focuses on improving employee experience, controlling costs, reducing risks, ensuring compliance, and supporting diversity and inclusion through sustainable, long-term solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support and implement the global pension, benefits, and well-being strategy locally, balancing cost control, risk management, and employee value.
Manage and coordinate local and regional pension, benefits, and well-being programs.
Analyze market trends and internal data to optimize offerings.
Ensure compliance with global and local policies and regulations.
Oversee vendor relationships, set performance metrics, and manage contracts.
Collaborate with People Partners and communications teams to drive employee communications and guidance.
Provide pension support during mergers, acquisitions, and special projects.
Manage program budgets and track associated costs.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience managing pensions, benefits, and well-being in large organizations.
HR/Benefits certifications preferred but not required.
Proven ability to identify and implement program improvements.
Strong collaboration skills across cultures and organizations.
Deep knowledge of benefit laws and regulations.
Advanced skills in analysis, problem-solving, and use of spreadsheets/databases.
