Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable technical solutions in your respective technical domain. These solutions will be based on customer specifications and business needs. As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating both short- and long-term profitable business strategies for Ericsson. This will be accomplished by working closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.

What you will do:

• Engage in detailed discussions with customers to understand their technology strategy and identify key challenges in BSS/OSS domain.
• Analyze customer's technology and business environment along with their non-functional requirements.
• Identify customer's improvement areas and challenges related to both technology and business.
• Collaborate with the Core 3 team to develop a list of potential activities and solutions.
• Construct value arguments alongside the Core 3 team in BSS/OSS domain.
• Develop and present technical presentations to customers in BSS/OSS domain.
• Assume a Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) role or Lead Solution Architect within Sales & Delivery Life Cycle of projects/programs.
• Define scope and design solution offerings and drive end-to-end technical solutions in BSS/OSS domain.
• Responsible for Ericsson BSS/OSS Solutions/Products Pre-Sales & Delivery.
• Be responsible for scope, defining and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.
• Lead deployment of solution from technical perspectives: customer workshop, high level and detail level design, problem solving in BSS/OSS domain.
• Have hands on experience in BSS/OSS and Online charging system.
• Provide feedback to R&D.
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing piece.
• Keep abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.

Key Qualifications:

• A degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent experience!
• Minimum 7 years of Telecom Experience and including at least 5 years in a customer facing role.
• Minimum 4 years as Sr Solution Integrator or Solution Architect with experience in Ericsson Business Support System /Operations Support System domain.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on Ericsson Online Charging System, Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson Catalog Manager, Ericsson Billing and Ericsson Adaptive Inventory.
• Long-term Linux Experience
