About this opportunity:
We are seeking an Implementation Manager to lead and coordinate network deployment activities across RAN and Transmission projects. This role involves managing rollout execution, ensuring quality, and overseeing teams from Ericsson, customers, and suppliers while adhering to contractual, financial, and safety requirements. This role will focus on New Site civil/RFI phase.
What you will do:
Follow up for RFI TRM & RF for NEW & REL Sites with Tower Co.
Interference with customer & Tower Co
To verify RFI report from the customer.
Update the project progress RFI acceptance, telecom installation & integration.
Follow up design As-built design/correction, preparation, submission and approval from Tower Co
Follow up new/TRM Revision design NEW Site Scope
Follow up TAWAL ASB for as built design
Follow up with TAWAL for generic SLD
Follow up with MOP Submission for drawings
Follow up to clear civil RFI comments with TAWAL during Integration and PAT
The skills you bring:
Bachelor’s in engineering (IT, Telecom, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
Minimum 10 years of experience in New Site Rollout (Civil coordination, RFI, Installation, commissioning)
Strong leadership, financial management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible working in remote delivery and collaboration
Preferable project experience with Customers in Saudi Arabia
