About this opportunity

We are now looking for a dynamic and proactive person to strengthen our team working on development of a test library enabling 5G testers to write automated tests for evaluation of 5G features. The team is geographically dispersed however the role holder is expected to be able to work from our offices either in Krakow or in Lodz as we work in a hybrid mode.

The team is part of Simulation Services (SIMS) in Poland that provides services and tools developed for testing networks like 3G, 4G and 5G. Those test tools and test automation frameworks are required for verification of product and its functionalities during the development process.

Your role will include e2e development activities such as: requirement analysis, software design, integration, verification and testing as well as Software Lifecycle Management support and documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We are organized in cross functional development teams and utilize Kanban methodology in a daily work.

We develop SW in Java 21+ and also use Jira, Confluence, GIT.

What you will do

  • Design, develop and tests features in a library used for test automation in accordance with team practices.
  • Ensure quality and maintainability of developed SW.
  • Perform trouble shooting and customer support.
  • Work with the team and Product Owner to analyze requirements and plan an implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvements in test library and team WoW.
  • Provide strategic technical leadership including evolution of architecture of the library.

You will bring

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electronics or equivalent formal education
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SW design: Java software development
  • Solid mobile networks knowledge.
  • Drive with an ability to look for solutions in an ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
  • Innovating, adapting and responding to change.
  • English language on a communicative level (B1).




We work in a hybrid model - 3 days from the office and 2 days from home weekly.
