About this opportunity
Ericsson invites dynamic and motivated individuals to apply for the role of Implementation Management. As a part of this stimulating role, you will take charge of all implementation services, encapsulating a broad spectrum of responsibilities. These include defining and managing the project scope, overseeing time and resource planning, and ensuring effective reporting.
What you will do
• Work closely with internal stakeholder and customer to understand demands and expectations
• Drive performance and customer excellence
• Performance management of unit and staff
• Drive culture, behavior and attitude through Ericsson's core values
• ASPs management and forecasting
• Ensure up-to-date processes implemented with all staff
What you will bring
• Min years of experience: 5 years in similar management position
• Min years of technical experience : 5-10 years working in managing field telecom teams.
• Domain experience: Deep understanding of site installation and commissioning, hands on experience will be a plus
• Deep understanding of Service Delivery
• Market insight
• Customer and performance focus
• Presentation skill
• Knowledge about Ericsson business
• Ability to adapt to changes
Additional Requirements
• Very good leadership and management skills
• Excellent social skills and strong customer orientation
