Join our vibrant team at Ericsson as a Playout Operations team member, where you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the supreme technical and presentation quality of the channel outputs as per client schedules. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, superbly presented, and error-free transmission of the channels or Over-The-Top (OTT) streams. During your training period, you will work under expert supervision to help you acclimate to this critical position.
What you will do:- Prepare all schedules for Playout in compliance with regulatory and client guidelines.
- Perform detailed checks to ensure all media/materials align with both paper and computerized information in accordance with RBM and client requirements.
- Spot check media/material and monitor channels and streams to ensure accurate output and intended delivery of planned schedules.
- Operate computerized single and multi-channel Playout equipment adhering to agreed procedures.
- Communicate proactively with RBM Managers and clients about late changes or alterations ensuring timely and effective information exchange.
- Provide a point of contact for Ad Sales and Media Planning during and after office hours for late commercial, promotion, interstitial and program schedule changes.
- Document incident details on the appropriate systems and escalate to the Incident Manager as needed.
- Act promptly and deploy emergency and manual processes during any incident impacting TX, minimizing outage time.
