Are you passionate about procurement and vendor management? Ericsson is looking for a skillful professional for Vendor Management. This role will focus on assuring optimum value at the procurement of resources and services across Service Lines from ASPs and FSOs, adhering to the related scope. Be a part of our team, providing valuable insights on supplier base in roll-outs and timely initiative on supplier performance issues. Monitor the application of correct contractual prices, and ensure supplier competence in OHS. Join us as we work on supplier evaluation and selection, are responsible for forecasting, and manage an ASP Operational Governance Framework.

What you will do:

- Lead sales phase and sourcing activities.

- Assist in solution engineering with ASP SoW and pricing.

- Predict ASP demand and manage technical evaluation of ASP candidates.

- Support the creation of ASP selection criteria and ensure required capacity.

- Manage ASP onboarding and readiness.

- Create and ensure ASP competence and training plans.

- Ensure ASPs have the necessary licenses, tools, permits, and OHS certifications.

- Verify ASPs are informed of work orders, processes, and performance requirements.

- Oversee work allocations and ASP performance KPIs.

- Set up internal and operational governance meetings for ASP to address escalations and performance issues.

- Take initiative in dialogue and actions in case of deviation in procurement board decisions.

The skills you bring:

- Minimum 8 years of experience from a leading role as Project Manager or Implementation Manager within Network Roll-Out projects
