Start your career in Ericsson within SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM in Kraków!


You will have a chance to join one of our cross functional teams and work in sprints on team backlog on various tasks, e.g. implementing new features (coding + testing), working on product documentation, introducing improvements focused on quality etc. and support or perform tasks such as in below areas.

RAN Compute & Cloud Infrastructure:

  • support 4G and 5G products development within the RAN Compute & Cloud Infrastructure organization. The role includes both programming tasks related to implementing new functionalities and improvements of existing ones.
  • developing the software in Transport Network software module responsible for common IP transport features for all Ericsson Radio Network solutions, with focus on IPsec protocol.
  • feature verification on multiple levels, including unit, component and node level tests.

Moreover, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with other function teams and learn how delivering E2E solutions looks like, broaden your knowledge in the area of C++, Java, testing, Linux and networks as well as meet a lot of great people, with great competences, who will support you on each step of your development.


We’re looking for students who:

  • have a student’s status of technical faculties (at last 3rd year of study),
  • have practical knowledge and experience in C++
  • understand software testing aspects
  • are familiar with Linux operating system
  • speak English on an intermediate level at least
  • are available 30-40 hours a week

An additional advantage will be knowledge of:

  • Scrum methodology
  • Unit tests, component tests
  • GIT
  • Java, Python
  • TCP/IP, IPsec protocols

Interns will be offered:

  • a 3-month paid summer internship with a civil contract
