About this opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized AI Acceleration specialist - Strategic initiatives to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in translating Ericsson’s AI vision into scalable initiatives and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with leadership to drive the execution of critical programs across Ericsson’s AI ecosystem.
You will report to the Head of Product Line – AI & Analytics Acceleration within the Product Area Enablement Platforms and contribute directly to high-impact initiatives that leverage AI and Analytics across the company.
What you will do
• Translate high-level strategic visions into structured workstreams, roadmaps, capabilities, and actionable initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison across multiple strategic initiatives, cross-functional teams, and business units to drive alignment, track progress, and ensure delivery on performance goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal customers, domain experts, and external partners to understand business needs and product roadmaps and translate them into prioritized capability requirements.
• Support the design and facilitation of co-creation workshops, aligning platform strategies with Business Areas, Market Areas, and Group Functions.
• Manage external partnership engagements, ensuring platform and product priorities are jointly aligned and successfully delivered.
You will bring
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience leading AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives in consulting, product, or program-management roles, ideally within large-scale tech or telecom environments
• Proven track record turning AI research or proofs of concept into production-grade platforms and products
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• High energy, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
