Operations Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Operations Assurance within a Managed Services Deal.
- Responsible to manage the applicable WLAs and OLAs with delivery organizations, manage the delivery of operations, ensuring that operations delivery is fulfilling the contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA) and to serve as the primary escalation point for critical technical and Operations escalations, and performance reporting towards the customer.
- Responsible for maintaining contractual SLA/KPI.
- Manage all operational escalations and update MSCOO time to time.
- Act as a key driver for all Service Management, ITSM Tools, Application and Infrastructure issues, coordinating and facilitating collaboration across different domains.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and behavioral competencies, including customer focus, analytical thinking, persuasive communication, decision-making, and relationship building.
- Act as functional manager for L1 NOC, ITSM service delivery.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Managed Services Operations within the telecom industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, IT, or Telecommunications.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in telecom operations and service assurance.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment and handle high-pressure customer demands effectively.
