About this opportunity:
We're seeking an innovative and experienced leader to manage our Intelligent Content & Customer Product Information team. This role is essential in driving strategic initiatives related to structured, intelligent content management, and product information solutions, enabling exceptional customer experiences.
What you will do:
At Commercial Handling and Release, we transform R&D data and technical information into high-quality commercial content that supports the entire customer journey.
Our team ensures that accurate, clear, and valuable information is available for market areas, customer units, and customers themselves — from initial sales discussions through deployment, operations, and maintenance.
We play a critical role in securing that the right product information is available in our product catalog, and that it empowers our customers and teams at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team responsible for intelligent content strategies and customer product information.
- Develop and execute content strategies leveraging structured data, AI, and semantic technologies.
- Oversee creation, quality, and governance of customer-facing product information.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance content delivery and customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product management, marketing, technology, and customer success teams.
You will bring:
- 10+ years of experience in information management.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles with strong cultural awareness
- Proven experience in managing content teams or related functions.
- Strong background in structured content, content strategy, taxonomy, and metadata management.
- Understanding of intelligent content methodologies, AI integration, and semantic technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence, drive change, and deliver tangible business results.
