About This Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Core Back Office Senior engineer where you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the performance of our Core network. You will also drive the automation of network activities using cutting-edge AI and ML technologies. What You Will Do:

• Work with Core and IMS Network Nodes, including IMS – CSCF/MTAS/SBC/IP Works/Nels, IP-STP, MSS/MSC/TSC, and MGW.
• Operate and maintain Ericsson Platforms such as BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212 50/60, APG43L, and CPP.
• Troubleshoot international roaming issues and coordinate with roaming partners.
• Drive automation projects using shell scripting, VB scripting, SQL, Python, Mongo DB, ELK stack, Angular, and REST API.
• Utilize SAP BI and other analysis tools for performance function handling.
• Identify and rectify system problems within agreed timing per SLA.
• Ensure network availability at the highest possible level by swiftly handling problems and interpreting performance parameters.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of ideas, procedures, and routines within the department.
• Manage application nodes in the cloud, such as SBC, BGF, CTC, and IPwork.

The Skills You Bring:

• Advanced O&M experience with Ericsson IMS/WCDMA/GSM core network (BSP, AXE & MGW CPP platforms).
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills for traffic-related issues across various nodes and protocols.
• Advanced understanding of signaling protocols such as SS7/IP, GCP, CAP, MAP, INAP, SCCP, ISUP, BICC, SIP, Diameter, SGsAP, and ATM.
• Excellent knowledge of network topology, traffic handling capabilities, and characteristics.
• Proficient in using protocol analyzers like K15, Masterclaw, and Wireshark.
• Strong knowledge in STS performance reports and KPI maintenance and improvement.
• PLEX knowledge and software tracing is a plus.
• Expertise in DT-related configurations and Ericsson tools: Primus, MHWEB, ERICOLL, KCS.
• Ability to interpret network design documents and ensure correct implementation of change requests.
• Skills in integrating new nodes, such as RNC, BSC, and VAS nodes.
• Experience in HLR data handling, including subscriber profiles and redundancy.
• Competence in troubleshooting HW-related problems and performing HW & SW AXE upgrades.
• Proficient in emergency handling and experience with CELLO platform, MO-Shell, FTP, and Telnet.
