About this opportunity:
We are looking for the best Service Delivery Line Manager in Mexico. This role pivots around supporting services sales either directly or indirectly, by harnessing the various resources and tools in our unit, and adhering to our distinct service delivery processes, models, and strategies. Your main area of oversight will include internal workforce and ARPs/ASPs. In alignment with the Ericsson Leadership Framework, you will embody and promote our organizational values, ethics, and culture, all while ensuring top-notch job performance.
What you will do:
- Manage a solid team.
- Be responsible for radio projects.
- Drive Performance Management to ensure full understanding of and compliance with our processes, methods, and tools.
- Oversee Resource and Competence Management to ensure optimal resourcing, budgeting, and competency development.
- Regulate unit finance to secure a designated budget.
- Oversee service delivery execution to ensure well-defined KPIs/SLA/targets are met.
- Support services sales to help boost our delivery.
- Implement the Service Delivery Strategy by breaking down strategic plans to unit level.

- Solid experience with large people management (direct reports)

- Senior experience in Telecommunications.
- English and Spanish fluent communication skills
