You will:
- Customer face role: Acting as a Solution Integrator consultant as our customers' Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Perform Installations, deploy on On-Premises and other Hyperscale’s environments, troubleshoot and handle Customer Service Requests
- Log and track customer-reported tickets
- Rarely support customer’s products in on-call rotation based on work instructions
- Collaborating closely with the developers and customer project managers to improve the process efficiency and the performance of software and system landscapes
To be successful in this role you might have:
- Experience in Security Domain and industry standards in Telecom Networks/IoT/ICT Security
- Basic knowledge in working with Linux distribution (Ubuntu, SLES …etc.) and Cloud Native core design principles (Docker containers, microservices, Kubernetes platform)
- Experience to work with scripting (nice to know Python, Shell, Ansible)
- Knowledge about Linux KVM virtualization and managing virtual machines
- Debugging and troubleshooting experience
- Support tickets handling
and also to:
- Be available to work 24/7, means in different time zones
- Have PKI knowledge (Public Key Infrastructure ) Certificate authority hierarchy exp.
- Have experience in OCP 4. (RedHat Container Platform) and VMWare Tanzu, etc.
- Have experience to work in the Security Domain and industry standards in Telecom. Networks/IoT/ICT Security.
- Have basic understanding using REST API
- Have basic knowledge about helm and helm-based deployment
- Have BSc/MSc degree in IT or related field/degree or equivalent practical experience

- Customer-oriented approach, translating their need to the development team
- Proven track record working with customers globally and geographically distributed teams
- Self-organizing working alone, independently
- Can-do attitude
- Drive for self-development
- General problem-solving, analytical skills, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Clarity and precision in verbal and written communication
- Willingness to travel
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in Cloud-Native Development Pipeline principles and tools (CI/CD (DevOps), Jenkins and/or Gitlab CI/CD, Gerrit or similar git tools such as Gitlab, GitHub …etc.)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, OSCP)
- Previous experience with other vendor network equipment
- Working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) as an Analyst or SOC Engineer, Telecom Networks or ICT Security will be a plus
- Work with Robot framework test automation tools and development.
