We are looking for a visionary Regional TA Enablement Lead for EMEA+Sweden to support the Global Talent Acquisition team on its transformation journey. It is a pivotal role focused on transforming and advancing Ericsson’s hiring practices through learning and development.
The role exists to strengthen Ericsson’s ability to remain a leader in the market. The quality of the talent we bring in, will determine how innovative and successful we are in the future. The Regional TA Enablement Lead is responsible for ensuring that Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners in the region are enabled to be great at hiring – selecting high quality talent and providing exceptional experiences throughout the end-to-end process.

What you will do
Regional Focus (80%):
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for TA Enablement in your region.
- Lead training and change management initiatives, ensuring new processes and tools are effectively adopted.
- Monitor and track training completion rates, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
- Collaborate with Regional Delivery Team Managers and local Power Users to address regional enablement needs, fostering best practices and adoption of new ways of working.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Lead to gain insights into new processes and tools.
- Innovate and propose creative learning formats and delivery methods.
- Cultivate a strong Global TA Culture, building trust-based relationships and a robust community among delivery teams.
Global Contribution (20%):
- Lead global projects, such as designing the TA One Stop Shop or integrating learning nudges into our systems and tools.
The skills you bring
- Proven experience as a recruiter in both agency and in-house settings.
- A passion for learning, supported by a University degree.
- Strong ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, presenting information in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.
- Creativity in designing learning experiences that excite and engage diverse learning styles.
- Experience as a teacher or instructor is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in content creation or influencer marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory.
