About this opportunity:

We are thrilled to announce an open position for a F&A Operations Manager at Ericsson. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our business activities in accordance with the Ericsson Business Process Activity Description. This role demands a proactive leader who is enthusiastic about empowering and nurturing their team, seamlessly collaborating with various stakeholders, and enhancing data quality to facilitate informed decision-making. The ultimate objective of this role lies in delivering financial business services efficiently and effectively in accordance with set quality standards.

What you will do:

- Oversee the team of professionals and be responsible for their performance and deliverables.

- Uphold compliance and ensure effective execution of Finance Mandate.

- Foster strong relationships and seamless collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

- Implement progressive changes within the F&A Operations Department.

- Propel end-to-end digitalization and automation within the scope of duties.

- Efficiently manage targets and financials of the corresponding unit, delivering compliant financial business services in a timely manner while upholding the quality.
