About this opportunity
We are looking for a Spare Part Admin/Expert who will be responsible for Material management and assurance of availability of spares in respective area of each system installed in respective areas
What you will do:
• To track the spare parts inventory
• To follow up for SWAP & Repair of spares
• Material management and assurance of availability of spares in respective area of each system installed in respective areas
• To coordinate for Spare Parts dimensioning for miscellaneous systems
• Based upon the experience and qualifications
• Escalation of any deficiencies in the network spares quantities
• Adherence to Processes
• Responsible assets database
• Responsible Network Element Database
• Responsible of inventory management include collect data about all assets of the network which are operated under the Field operations Contract, including spare parts.
• Update all the Information about the site’s assets database & Network Element Database
• Provide inventory management shall provide inventory reports on monthly basis
• Controlling and Leading No Fault Found & ASP Test Lab. Recommend and implement new requirement to improve test lab and to reduce No Fault Found (NFF).
• Ensure customer’s satisfaction regarding Ericsson’s warehouse facilities, and ensure warehouse is following all distribution and Safety Standards.
You will bring
• Have a diploma within Telecommunication, Information Technology and Electronics or similar.
• Have a minimum 6 years of experience in as a Spare part and Asset management coordinator in a mobile network environment
• Knowledge of Telecom networks and spare parts of MV GSM 2G/3G & TX
• Ericsson Safety regulations
• Dispatch of parts handling
• Coordination with logistics department
• Other assignment as directed
• Excellent on Microsoft Excel, Power point and Words
