About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Head of Operations Business Control EAS (Ericsson Antenna System). The role is broad, with understanding across financial processes and management systems. Within this role You will drive optimization, governance and execution of the unit’s strategic agenda while working with adequate capital resource allocation, effective business modelling and linking operational to financial metrics. You will be an integrate part of the EAS Operations Leadership team as well as the EAS Finance Leadership team.
For a successful execution you need a deep understanding of both the product and customer aspect, the long-term overall direction of the unit’s responsibility. As the role is working with people on different levels you are not afraid to speak up, bring new ideas to the table and you behold excellent social, mentoring and negotiation skills.
What you will do:
• Build business engagement with relevant stakeholders
• Drive Unit Governance
• Leading and managing a diverse team across 3 locations
• Fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication
• Capital resource and target framework and processes
• Influence and steer Performance Management
• Drive long Term Financial / Business Planning (process, content and influence decisions)
• Drive Mid & Long-term Profit improvement
• Commit to decision forums with financial perspective
• Influence business and reporting models
• Conduct financial competitive analysis & benchmarking.
The skills you bring:
• University degree (preferable in finance and/or economics)
• 5-10 years of relevant working experience in business operations management and financial control
• Strong leadership experience along with credibility & seniority
• Knowledge of financial analysis, cost management, and internal controls
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Financial Acumen and Financial Models knowledge
• Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization
• Strong analytical skills
• Commercial thinking
• Business Modelling skills.
