About the Opportunity
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supplier management and negotiation? We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager (SSM) to lead our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) category within EAS Sourcing In this key role, you will evaluate, qualify, and select suppliers, negotiate agreements, and drive supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and performance.

What You Will Do
- Lead, prepare, and execute Request for Quotation processes for new product transfer projects and platform developments.
- Evaluate and select suppliers in alignment with category strategies and commercial targets.
- Drive supplier scouting and onboarding initiatives to expand our supplier base.
- Develop and execute a pricing strategy, managing quarterly price reviews and annual supplier negotiations.
- Ensure optimal contractual coverage and compliance through supplier agreements.
- Foster collaboration across Supply, Quality, R&D, and other key functions to build strong, productive supplier relationships.
- Regularly assess supplier capabilities and performance to align with our EMS sourcing strategy.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives to enhance competitiveness.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Sourcing or Supply with deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Expertise in negotiation and contract management with a track record of successful supplier agreements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- A proactive and independent work style, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent English skills (German language skills are a plus).
