Ericsson is looking for a talented and proactive Technical Solutions Architect / DevOps Architect to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex customer requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. Your expertise will be key in designing solution architectures, leading a team of developers, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring compliance with security and industry standards.

What You Will Do:
- Solution Design: Conduct in-depth solution studies to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable designs for development teams.
- Architectural Compliance: Create designs and oversee implementations to ensure adherence to architectural best practices, standards, and reusability principles.
- Security & Standards: Integrate security best practices into all solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Coach and mentor a team of approximately 7 developers, providing direction on technical implementations and supporting detailed design decisions.
- Smart Input Forms: Design flexible, smart input forms using off-the-shelf solutions to enable effective data utilization in automation processes.
- CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Build and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- IP Network Automation: Assist in setting up and optimizing automations for IP network equipment.
The Skills You Bring:
- Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven track record as a Solutions Architect or DevOps Architect in software development or telecom.
- Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and efficient solution architectures.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing and mentoring development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Angular and .NET frameworks.
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and automation frameworks (e.g., GitLab, AWS DevOps).
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD processes and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing secure, industry-compliant solutions.
- Experience in data management, starting from smart input forms and extending to API provisioning.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with designing smart input forms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (virtual machines, networks, storage, backups, authentication).
- Advanced skills in Python development.
