We are now looking for Head of Supply Operations at Group Supply MNEA. The position is part of the Group Supply MNEA leadership team, reporting to Head of Group Supply MNEA.
As the Head of Supply Operations, you will lead, streamline full supply operation scope from inbound, warehouse operation to outbound, to ensure we have efficient plan-driven operations with timely, predictable, and cost-effective deliveries toward our customers.
What you will do
- Lead S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from Business Area / Group Supply, Market Area / Customer Units, and customers.
- Drive inbound supply chain based on planned requirements and ensure suppliers’ performance.
- Drive outbound planning/execution, EAB offshore order desk, regional order desk, and ensure full visibility in our delivery.
- Manage warehouse operation in MNEA Supply Hub and ML China local warehouse, manage inbound and outbound transportation, with joint hands with Logistics Service Providers and forwarders, to achieve operational excellence, cost efficiency, lead-time, and compliance.
- Drive Group Supply strategy deployment in responsible areas, together with Group Supply MNEA Strategy and Transformation team.
- Secure supply chain on cost with optimal inventory.
- Develop a winning team, equipped with Group Supply critical skills, willing to win spirits, while full of imagination and innovation.

- Strong understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the market, business landscape, and customer dynamics.

- Strategic thinking and critical thinking to manage complexities under VUCA situation.
- Relevant academical background, demonstrated ability with 5+ years of experience in a global Supply Chain environment.
- 3+ years of experience as Line Manager is preferred.
