About this opportunity
Our Exciting Opportunity here for you! We are now looking for an individual contributor role of country IT Manager.
You will work together with Enterprise IT MNEA E&D team ensure that services, currently in production, are delivered as expected to business users. You will work together with the whole team to govern the complete delivery of Enterprise IT to the business, and act as an escalation point for issues with Services/Solutions/Products. You will work with others on solutions, already in production and work closely with business and IT solution team to build new/future solutions.
The IT Manager is the local representative for Global and MNEA IT Security on IT Security matters and ensures that security programs are implemented locally by guiding, driving and providing governance for security initiatives in line with corporate guidelines and directives.
You are the primary IT Business Partner for the Ericsson business stakeholders to establish trust, manage expectations, build business partnership and drive business value contribution. You will identify IT demands in line with stakeholder’s goals & strategy and drive/coordinate handling complex IT demands from stakeholders.
What you will do
- Build Ericsson internal relationships with headquarter solution and Product Area teams
- Engage globally with IT Delivery Management peers to ensure alignment of stakeholder requests across geographic region and market areas
- Ensure Enterprise IT project and service delivery with good standard and quality
- Communicate and report on IT projects and financials
- Participate in management of stakeholder expectation and demand, interpret and translate business needs into IT requirements.
- Proactively driving dialogue with the stakeholders on long-, medium-, and short-term topics to understand business roadmap, requirement and pain points.
- Think strategically to understand and integrate business long-term roadmaps and priorities into engagement plans with business value.
- Collaboration with internal & external solution/ delivery organization(s) to ensure resource allocation, financials and qualified deliverables for business demands/projects.
- Take the accountability of the business requirements through its whole life cycle including demands mgmt., proposal, development, execution, operations and closure.
- Communicate Group IT Strategy and support global rollouts of business-related Digital Core application/project towards business stakeholders
- Support security and compliance.
What you will bring
To be successful in the role you must have
- English and Japanese language skill to work with multi-national global organizations with the ability to establish good working climate in a virtual environment.
- Education: Academic degree or corresponding competence relevant to Information Technology or computer science
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Domain experience: IT project management; IT service management, Business relationship management.
- IT skills - experience in IT environments with IT Projects, Services, Applications, Processes, Roles and Suppliers
Additional Requirements
- Good business understanding of all of business areas: Customer Unit, Service Delivery, R&D and Common Functions.
- Business acumen to build and manage long-term stakeholder relationship.
- Negotiation, communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
