About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Service Establishment specialist who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions, processes and budgets within a network Roll Out delivery organization.
The job role is used for Radio and Transmission networks deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.
Responsible for management of activities, interacting personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.

As an integral part of our team, the Implementation Manager plays a key role in handling all implementation services. This includes defining the scope, time, and resource planning, ensuring compliance with group directives, legal, financial, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security, and privacy. Being a data and value-driven role, the successful candidate will effectively deliver strategic support to commercial engagements while observing approved processes and tools.
What you will do:- Manage and define project scope, workforce planning, and performance to attain first-time accuracy.
- Oversee financial performance during the roll-out phase, aligning with budget projections to support overall project financial health.
- Initiate Change Management strategies considering KPI's, identifying and implementing improvement possibilities through continuous measurements.
- Manage adherence to processes, regulations, and tools, enforcing corrective action when necessary to ensure ethical and sustainable delivery.
- Establish and manage acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to guarantee timely acceptance and payment.
- Monitor the invoicing lifecycle during the implementation phase to bolster financial performance.
- Provide frequent reports on progress and deviations to efficiently manage workforce and cost.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth information flow.
