Rotating through different teams, you’ll get exposure to working in a wide variety of sales teams which will give you a phenomenal insight into the operational process of sales in a large, international company. Ericsson Future Star Account Manager Trainee position provides you:
- Systematic orientation and onboarding training program.

What you will do
- Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to sell efficient and effective end to end solutions and allowing seamless transition from sales to operations.
- Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful.
You will bring
- New graduate with bachelor’s degree or above with background in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, and other related majors; overseas education experience is a plus.
- Excellent capability of communication skills and presenting skills both in English and Mandarin.
- Ambition, willing to work in cross-cultural company, capable of influencing, challenging, and leading within a brand-new business.
- Strong analytical skills, highly customer focused.
- Passionate and being a fast learner.
- Willingness to relocate and travel.
