About this opportunity!
We are now looking for a Field Service Operation (FSO) Line Manager, are you interested? In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery. As an FSO Line Manager, you will support service delivery directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.
You will have a role to lead all the assigned teams across assigned regions as per business need with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. You will collaborate to ensure that work is performed within the scope of OHS requirements.
All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.
The role is open to be hired in Egypt, Pakistan, Turkey or Nigeria.
What you will do
- Ensure service delivery execution within Network rollout projects
- Build a productive work environment for individuals and drive performance management (process)
- Collaborate with stakeholders i.e., sourcing, project teams, Sales team, OHS etc.
- Ensure team resource utilization and efficiency
- Be innovative in order to ensure the optimized project delivery
- Drive competence management
- Conduct Resource management
- Look after unit finance within your group.
You will bring!
- Education: Engineering degree in Telecom or equivalent
- Min years of experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in delivering FSO projects
- Domain-experience: Network Roll out (RAN & Transmission)
- Deep understanding of FSO Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
- Excellent Social and presentation skills
- Financial competence and skills
- Formulating strategies and concepts
- Adhering to principles and values
- Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have field experience and worked with ASP’s
- Understands the structure and alignment of rollout teams
- Hands on experience in Ericsson network rollout tools (Eritop, Erisite), finance tools (SAP Fiori)
