Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is looking for a passionate, strategic, and detail-oriented communications manager focused on employee communications. This is a key role, creating engaging and impactful content and communications programs in support of the organization’s business priorities.
We’re looking for a creative storyteller, writer, and channel manager with the ability to support multiple programs concurrently. Responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders on communications initiatives, developing communications plans, writing internal articles and emails, producing a bi-weekly news update, coordinating events, and driving engagement with internal channels.
The role will be a part of the Enterprise Wireless Solutions Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the Head of Employee & Executive Communications.
What you will do
Manage the calendar of communications across our channels: email, Viva Engage, live meetings, and the intranet
Partner with stakeholders in People, IT, and other functions to develop communications plans for key initiatives and change management programs.
Produce news articles, Viva Engage posts, emails and other content.
Compile and edit the bi-weekly news update through Viva Engage.
Support all-employee meetings, leader meetings, and other live events.
Design basic graphics and email layouts in alignment with Ericsson’s brand.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications using available metrics and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.
The skills you bring
A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, creative writing, or related field.
Five to ten years of experience in the communications field.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading and oral presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects on deadline.
Expertise in PowerPoint and Word.
Experience managing internal social media channels, such as Viva Engage or Slack.
Intermediate image and video editing experience (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) preferred.
The role will require in-person, on-site work in the Plano office and occasional travel.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
• $105,600 - $158,400

New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 7 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date.
