🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to final implementation coordination:

  • Strategic Proposals: Drive sales and replacement cycles for hospital patient ID card printers (DS3H / DS4H).

  • Solution Sales: Propose cutting-edge medical payment kiosks (MERSYS-AR / MR / X), counter payment machines, revisit reception kiosks, and digital signage systems.

  • Execution: Conduct product demonstrations, prepare detailed quotations, and lead tender/bid responses.

  • Stakeholder Management: Manage complex opportunities by coordinating between hospital IT departments and our internal technical service teams.

✅ Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a professional who understands the nuances of the Japanese healthcare market and the technical requirements of SI-driven sales.

  • Professional Background: Proven sales experience at a System Integrator (SIer) or extensive experience collaborating with SIers in Japan.

  • Industry Knowledge: Solid track record in Healthcare sales or IT sales within the Japanese market.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and high-level communication skills.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and visit hospital sites.

  • Language:

    • Japanese: Native level (reading, writing, and speaking).

    • English: Conversational proficiency (comfortable with internal global communication).
