Entrust is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to support the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns that contribute to measurable business growth. In this role, you will work closely with Content, Digital, and Product Marketing teams to help implement campaign strategies focused on net-new logo acquisition, cross-sell and upsell initiatives, product launches, and pipeline acceleration.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on execution. You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across digital channels, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives and contributing to Entrust’s market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution Support
    Assist in the implementation of campaign tactics across owned and inbound channels, including email, paid media, social, webinars, and digital advertising.
  • Digital Channel Coordination
    Coordinate campaign assets and timelines across digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery and consistency with brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    Partner with marketing operations to monitor campaign performance metrics and support reporting efforts for pipeline contribution, database growth, and ROI.
  • Project Coordination
    Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales to ensure campaign alignment and support execution best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing organization
  • Strong understanding of the lead lifecycle process and demand generation best practices
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
  • Comfortable taking ownership of campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience including developing marketing campaigns, working closely with digital marketing, and tracking results
  • Proven track record of collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Asana; familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) is a plus.

Compensation Range:


In the US: The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $85,295-$125,100 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, skills and experience.
