Position Overview:
The Senior Channel Program Specialist is a key contributor to the Entrust Partner Program Design and Operations team, responsible for driving and executing critical components of partner onboarding and partner lifecycle management. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Entrust Partner Program and Partner Technology Platforms and close collaboration with channel sales and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
The Senior Specialist is foundationally critical to the partner experience across Entrust’s Digital Security, Identity Security, and Issuance portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner Onboarding
Collaborate with channel sales to manage the new partner inquiry process
Ensure accurate setup of partner accounts and contacts in Salesforce including appropriate access to legal documents and partner engagement platforms
Drive improvements to efficiencies in partner onboarding and partner experience

Due Diligence & Agreement Management
Serve as liaison between Partner Program team and Compliance team for partner due diligence assessments and the digital tool used for that purpose.
Guide channel sales and partners through due diligence requirements, agreement issuance and management during onboarding and expansion phases.
Facilitate the migration of partners from legacy agreements to updated templates

Partner Lifecycle Management
Contribute to the annual partner review process, including partner program tier review, partner promotions and demotions
Drive the audit and update process for roles and contacts, including coordination with regional channel program managers, which enables effective training program governance, partner comms, and engagement with technology platforms
Maintain program guides to reflect updates to program and changes in products and routes to market
Drive select aspects of Partner Advisory Council planning and follow up
Manage all aspects of the partner locator on Entrust.com
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in business management, marketing or equivalent
3-5 years Channel operations or sales operations related experience. Digital Security or Issuance business experience a plus
Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills are crucial for this role
High levels of organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple partner relationships and complex workflow.
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and technical proficiency with other business platforms etc.
Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably SalesForce) and partner management platforms, along with a willingness to learn new tools
Have “Can-do Attitude” and look for opportunities to streamline and implement new processes and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – multi language skills an advantage

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $75,841-$111,233 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
