Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible independently managing small to moderate scale projects. The Project Manager performs the accountabilities detailed below and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Manage Financial Digital Issuance Projects
Develop and execute Project Management Plan to include all areas of Project Management.
Review and confirm Scope of Work from Sales Account Manager with customer and make any appropriate changes. Obtain customer approval and signature of SOW of any changes made.
Plan, organize and direct all activities as required for the full implementation of project goals and objectives including work breakdown structure and Statement of Work and ensure that project activities are consistent with the project objectives and that objectives can be met with available resources.
Work directly with end customer and/or Partner to coordinate the installation and testing with the appropriate Host and Switch representative.
Ensure the projects are delivered on scope, on cost and on timelines, with appropriate reporting and evaluation.
Develop, complete, and finalize all project deliverables according to the timeline.
Manage changes to project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes and facilitate customer acceptance.
Manage Technical Installer
Lead and direct the work of others. (i.e. Implementation/SME team)
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
Communication with Sales, Implementation Manager and Customer
Interface with Account Manager and /or Customer Contact to determine customer satisfaction with project.
Update Manager, Implementation Services on a regular basis regarding the progress of the project.
Work in conjunction with supervisor to prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Lead projects debrief meeting with project team to determine the successful aspects of the project and opportunities for improvement.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Product Knowledge/ Skill Development
Attends relevant internal and/or external training programs to keep abreast of changes in Entrust product related technologies.
Operate within the helpdesk software, updating tickets and generating knowledgebase articles.
Recommend solution improvement to improve customer experience and efficiency.
Complete all company training and development courses required by Entrust.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years project management experience
Experience managing project delivery of software/hardware and solutions projects for external customers.
Demonstrated success in effectively communicating at all levels of an organization.
Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority. Al
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working on external customer facing projects
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with tokenization, tokenization platforms and associated flows (MDES, VTS).
Experience with financial payment technology.
Bachelor's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP)®
Certified associate in project management (CAPM)®
Card personalization industry experience
