Job Advert: Sales Executive, Payments & Identity Solutions

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the financial services and payments industry? We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Executive to accelerate the development and execution of our Payments & Identity strategic solutions across Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Greece, Cyprus, and Georgia.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of forging direct relationships with financial institutions in your assigned territories, introducing them to cutting-edge technologies like digital card solutions and instant financial issuance. You'll also manage key partnerships, recruit new alliances, negotiate contracts, and drive sales enablement initiatives.

You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product, Alliances, and Professional Services teams to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do:

Customer/Partner Sales Engagement (65%)

  • Identify and seize new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and potential prospects within Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Greece, Cyprus, and Georgia.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with end customers, integrators, partners, and alliances across your designated territories.

  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and materials tailored to the specific needs of each region.

  • Orchestrate team selling efforts, coordinating with product management, bid management, and technical resources.

  • Contribute to account planning and accurate forecasting for your assigned territories.

  • Deepen relationships with partners, understanding their evolving profiles to influence product development strategies and pursue defined opportunities in your regions.

  • Drive and close sales, consistently achieving quarterly and annual commitments for Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Greece, Cyprus, and Georgia.

Organizational Engagement (25%)

  • Stay informed about new product developments and capabilities that can impact sales activities.

  • Provide valuable sales input for marketing and product initiatives.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive offerings within the marketplace in your territories.

  • Cultivate relationships with industry associations and relevant entities that may impact the vertical markets covered by the team in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Greece, Cyprus, and Georgia.

  • Leverage our CRM system and other tools for impeccable pipeline building, tracking, and financial planning.

  • Develop and execute annual/quarterly business plans and reviews to ensure performance against strategic imperatives for your territories.

  • Accurately forecast orders and manage your opportunity funnel.

Leadership (10%)

  • Foster strong, open cross-functional relationships with superiors, peers, and your team to coordinate resources effectively.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues, providing timely resolutions.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales capacity or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience providing platform and/or custom solutions to the financial services/payment industry.

  • A successful track record in developing sales, service, bid management, and solutions delivery.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, partners, and colleagues.

  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50%, with international travel to Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Greece, Cyprus, and Georgia expected.

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum).

  • Fluent in English and Turkish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the Payment Card Issuance industry.

  • Prior experience in the Banking and Payments industry.

  • Prior experience in Business Consulting.
