Position Overview
Entrust, a global leader in fighting fraud and cyber threats, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials and graphic solutions consistently align with Entrust’s brand standards and effectively support internal and external campaigns and initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Director of Creative Services, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Project Managers, and Marketing Managers, you will develop compelling design and marketing assets that elevate the Entrust brand and showcase our innovative products, solutions, and technologies that protect people, devices, and data. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Creative Leads, Senior Graphic Designers, Marketing Leads, and Copywriters to develop and execute design solutions that support the Entrust brand across both print and digital platforms.
Deliver efficient, high-quality, and error-free design production for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print advertising, social media graphics, sales enablement tools, thought leadership content, event collateral, landing page and email graphics, presentation decks, large-format signage, and more – ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Apply brand design expertise to influence best practices across creative solutions, consistently producing work that meets brand, quality, and production standards.
Partner with brand leaders and creative team members to keep the Entrust brand fresh, compelling, consistent, and competitive, leveraging a strong understanding of industry best practices.
Present and clearly communicate design concepts and ideas to teammates and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Entrust’s products and services and the needs of our customers and partners.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organization to foster trust in the Creative Team’s support.
Create and manage graphic assets and templates; source imagery (including stock photos); and independently manage project workload and workflow.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, or visual communication, or a similar degree.
3+ years of proven graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong design aesthetic and showcases a wide range of creative solutions across branding, sales support, email campaigns, events, thought leadership, social media, and print projects.
Experience in developing, maintaining, and adhering to brand design guidelines.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Proficiency in PowerPoint is required; experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.
Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment, working effectively with both internal and external teams.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder demands simultaneously, while remaining flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a in-house graphic designer in a corporate environment
Comfortable designing within brand guidelines and using templates
Experience with project management tools such as Asana
Expert-level experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player who takes initiative, proactively offers support, and takes ownership of tasks

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $72,482-$106,306 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
