Drive Growth and Secure the Future: Senior Sales Executive, Data Security Solutions - South Asia (Based in/ Covering Delhi)

As our Senior Sales Executive, Data Security Solutions (based in/covering Delhi) for the South Asia region, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our comprehensive data security portfolio, including cutting-edge Crypto Security Solutions, PKI, and HSM. Reporting directly to the APAC Vice President of Sales, you will take ownership of strategic account selling, focusing on acquiring new business and expanding within existing enterprise clients across South Asia (primarily India).
This isn't just about pushing products; it's about evolving our sales approach within key accounts, developing and executing strategies for complex solution selling, and fostering strong, lasting client relationships. Your mission will be to optimize profitable revenue growth, enhance client engagement and satisfaction, build a robust sales pipeline, and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
What You'll Do:

Strategic Account Maestro (85%):
Craft and implement winning client engagement strategies, positioning yourself as the regional expert for our full suite of Digital Security solutions.
Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to influence their Digital Security strategies.
Articulate compelling value propositions that resonate with the unique needs of prospects within your territories.
Actively listen to and interpret customer requirements, translating their challenges into tailored technical solutions, leveraging our expert Technical Sales Consultants and Solution Centres of Excellence as needed.
Collaborate strategically with the Account Management Team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Business Development Catalyst (15%):
Develop and execute effective business plans, conducting regular reviews to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and performance targets.
Achieve and surpass targets for sales revenue, sales profit, and client satisfaction, demonstrating a strong commitment to results.
Provide invaluable competitive, account, and market intelligence, as well as customer feedback, to Product Marketing and Management to shape future solution roadmaps.
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 10 years of quota-carrying experience in IT Enterprise sales, with at least 3 years specifically within the IT security, data protection, or enterprise solutions domain.
A proven track record of leading sales teams (minimum 3 years at a first or second-line leadership level) engaging with key strategic accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
The ability to seamlessly blend leadership and individual contributor responsibilities.
A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, such as SalesForce.com.
Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
Exceptional ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Must be based in India.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (at least 50%) within South Asia and the wider APAC region as required.
Bonus Points For:
Experience selling cloud or as-a-service based IT solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both senior leaders and individual contributors.
Leadership experience within a large multinational company.
Experience managing both local and remote team members in a complex matrix environment.

You'll be joining the team leading Entrust's Identity portfolio, including the solutions formerly Onfido (AI-powered digital identity solution). With the completed acquisition, Entrust now provides the industry's most comprehensive portfolio of AI-powered, identity-centric security solutions.
Our technology helps businesses verify real identities using AI and biometrics, ensuring secure remote customer and business onboarding. By assessing government-issued IDs and facial biometrics with innovative dashboards and fraud signals, we provide companies with the assurance they need to operate securely while allowing people to access services quickly and safely.
