Job Title : Sales Rep – Inside Sales (日本語が後に続きます)

Responsibilities:

Inside Sales (70%)

Key Actions/Activities

  • Engage current install base to maximize supplies and services revenue
  • Qualify inbound sales calls and pass Opportunities in SFDC to regional sales reps
  • Qualify leads by marketing activities, screen and pass Opportunities in SFDC to regional sales reps
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
  • Manage and close sales within assigned accounts
  • Update annual/quarterly business plans and reviews to ensure performance against plan
  • Develop and analyze database platform of install base
  • Check the maintenance contract
  • Achieve the sales quota

Sales Support (30%)

Key Actions/Activities

  • Point person for standard sales quotation
  • Assist in handling incoming part number/supplies/printer questions
  • Work with customer operations, technical support and services teams to ensure resolution of escalated partners & customers issues
  • Provide input to Sales Reps for Forecasting and funnel management
  • Act as key customer liaison when Sales Reps is out of office
  • Manage pricing updates
  • Update Turn the Base list
  • Work on special assignment/project instructed by the manager


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in sales
  • Technical competence and ability to utilize various software and hardware platforms (Oracle, Business Intelligence, CRM)
  • Proficient with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Basic communication skills in English (reading & writing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Goal oriented, persistent, skilled collaborator with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated creative, analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Communication skills in English (TOEIC >700 points)

• カスタマーオペレーション、テクニカル サポート、サービス チームと協力して、エスカレーションされたパートナーおよび顧客の問題を確実に解決する

• 予測とファネル管理のために営業担当者に必要情報を提供する

• 営業担当者が不在の場合の主要な顧客連絡窓口として機能する

• 価格更新の管理

• 過去の販売実績から後継品を販売できる顧客リストを更新

• マネージャーから指示された特別な任務/プロジェクトに取り組む

必要な資格

• 4年制大学卒業または同程度の資格

• 3年以上の実務経験

• さまざまなソフトウェアおよびハードウェア プラットフォーム (Oracle、ビジネス インテリジェンス、CRM) を利用する能力

• MS 製品に精通していること: Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook

• 英語での基本的なコミュニケーションスキル(読み書き)

有れば好ましい資格
