Team Overview
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Product Leader and/or General Partner to develop and execute the firm's product management and strategy for managed investments (I.e., Mutual Funds, ETFs, UITs, 529 plans, Money Market Funds and Donor Advised Funds) to ensure branch teams have quality products and support needed to help clients achieve their financial goals. This is an individual contributor role.

Team Overview
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Product Leader and/or General Partner to develop and execute the firm's product management and strategy for managed investments (I.e., Mutual Funds, ETFs, UITs, 529 plans, Money Market Funds and Donor Advised Funds) to ensure branch teams have quality products and support needed to help clients achieve their financial goals. This is an individual contributor role.
What You'll Do
- Lead highly visible and impactful initiatives tied to Managed Investments products involving a great degree of collaboration, analysis, presenting and subject matter expertise.
- Responsible for product partner relationships of significant size, complexity, number, and impact to:
- manage and maintain their portfolio of products including making recommendations to add / remove / change products or product partners as needed.
- shape and drive execution of business plans that align with firm strategic direction.
- ensure that product literature and wholesaling support is effective (quantity and quality), aligned with key firm messages, and compliant. Assist in the design of efficient and effective ongoing processes and controls.
- influence the design and development of integrated platforms, systems, tools, and processes that create a better client and branch team experience.
- resolve complex and broad product partner issues as escalated. Determine root cause and apply critical thinking to prevent future occurrences.
- regularly interface with product partner peer contacts (I.e., key account managers, product managers, national sales managers, and operational leaders)
- assist in the coordination and alignment of product partner relationship management activities across all product partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Managed Investments product line for the firm. Includes advanced knowledge of multiple product partner products, features, benefits, pricing, etc. and their relative positioning in the marketplace. Managed Investments products include Mutual Funds, ETFs, 529 Plans and UITs.
- Understand and interpret rules and potential changes in the tax, legal and regulatory environment for the product line; make recommendations that help shape the firm position with respect to tax, legal and regulatory issues for these products/programs.
- Leads significant additional responsibilities specific to the team or area (I.e., recruiting, training, product partner coordination, wholesaler effectiveness)
- Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the product line while minimizing risk to clients and the firm.
- Mentor team members and assist in the ongoing development of their subject matter expertise.

What Experience You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree required with quantitative discipline preferred (I.e., finance, economics, accounting, math, engineering, actuarial science, etc.)
- 10+ years of relevant financial services experience, with Investment Product Management or Portfolio Management experience preferred, including:
- Series 7, 66 required within 12 months of hire
- Deep subject matter expertise in product line products
- Exceptional technical aptitude and analytical skills
- Highly collaborative
- Highly effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency with systems and tools including MS Office, Tableau and database
- Advanced degree or relevant industry designation(s) (e.g. Managed Investments: CFA, CIMA, CFP, ChFC, CPA, etc)
- Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
