The Investment & Practice Growth Partnerships Team manages the firm's most impactful strategic product, coaching and consultation partner relationships to deliver differentiated value to positively impact our 2030 vision. Through these relationships the team supports Business Segment , Market Management, and Practice Segment priorities by strategically activating partner capabilities towards innovation, co-creation, and delivering targeted support designed to enable our branch teams.

Overview
The Investment & Practice Growth Partnerships Team manages the firm's most impactful strategic product, coaching and consultation partner relationships to deliver differentiated value to positively impact our 2030 vision. Through these relationships the team supports Business Segment , Market Management, and Practice Segment priorities by strategically activating partner capabilities towards innovation, co-creation, and delivering targeted support designed to enable our branch teams.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with Product Leader, Senior Product Leader and/or General Partner to develop and execute the firm's strategy for leveraging strategic partnerships in support of firm & Practice Growth initiatives and priorities.
- Partner with the team to leverage data, insights and key stakeholder input to make data-driven decisions and conduct analysis of high complexity to inform the team's strategy.
- Responsible for partner relationships of significant size, complexity, number or impact in order to:
- Deeply understand the breadth and depth of capabilities beyond the product and Sales Coaching to properly position them across Edward Jones or influence decisions and recommendation made by the partner.
- Shape and align business plans to the firm's strategic direction
- Ensure that submitted value-add content is effective (quantity and quality), aligned with key firm messages and compliant
- Resolve moderately complex / broad product partner issues as escalated.
- Interface with partner peer contacts (e.g. relationship managers, product analysts, divisional sales managers, and operational managers)
- Maintain strong working knowledge of firm priorities, initiatives and offerings
- Leads significant additional responsibilities specific to the team or area (e.g. training, product partner coordination, wholesaler effectiveness)
- Lead broad division, firm, or industry initiatives and events as needed to represent partnerships in alignment with firm strategy (e.g. cross-divisional projects, internal committees, product partner events, regional events, industry groups, etc.)
- Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the partner relationships while minimizing risk to clients and the firm.
- Mentor team members and assist in the ongoing development of their subject matter expertise.

- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7, 66 required within 12 months of hire
- Advanced proficiency with systems and tools including MS Office, Tableau and databases
- Advanced degree or relevant industry designation(s) preferred (MBA, CFA, CIMA, CFP, ChFC, CPA, etc.)
- 7+ years of relevant financial services experience preferred.
- Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
