Job Summary

Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Senior Industrial Engineer. This new role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement activities to optimize business operations and enhance product quality. You will report to our Operational Excellence Manager and work collaboratively across all functions (production, engineering, programs, finance, and more!). This role is for those with enormous energy and a growth mindset!

What You Will Do

  • Utilize LEAN methodology to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in production and business operations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to determine strategically-aligned, impactful process improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement sustainable LEAN manufacturing processes to increase velocity and reduce waste
  • Facilitate a variety of LEAN and Six Sigma events and activities with employees at all levels
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success
  • Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement initiatives

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field + at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or process improvement
  • Experience in leading and coaching through Lean transformations
  • Able to energize and influence change efforts at all levels of the organization
  • Able to see process improvement opportunities in the Gemba
  • Experience in Change Management (ADKAR model or similar)
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills and able to motivate a diverse team; excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Candidates must be US citizens (no dual citizenship) and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
