Psychological Associate

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Master's level education in Psychology

Licensure: Must be registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) with an authorized area of practice as a psychological associate in Clinical Psychology.

Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with psychometric theory, including validity, reliability, and standard error of measurement.

Soft Skills: The ability to build a quick rapport with children or anxious adults to ensure they perform at their true baseline during testing.

Ability to work across the lifespan (preferred)

Bilingual (preferred) in French and English

Experience with neurodivergence
