Deloitte Global is seeking a highly dynamic and detail-oriented Campaigns and Activation Specialist to support the activation of our strategic global partnership with the International Olympic Committee (IOC). This pivotal role will contribute significantly across client, talent and brand activation pillars, as well as the development and execution of global marketing campaigns.
The Campaigns and Activation Specialist will assist in executing innovative brand activation strategies, enhancing client engagement, and maximizing the impact of our partnership on the Olympic and Paralympic Movements. This role involves supporting the positioning of brand and client activations for internal and external audiences across a range of channels and contributing to the delivery of key campaigns such as "The First Effect Campaign" and "Team Deloitte". Furthermore, the role will support the development and delivery of programmes that connect our people with Deloitte’s partnership, elevating awareness and fostering deep engagement across our global member firm network, showcasing the impactful work and positive influence of the partnership on our people and culture.
This role offers exposure to diverse strategic initiatives within a global context on a high profile global partnership. It requires an ability to combine strong project management capabilities with creative flair and a genuine passion for delivering memorable and impactful brand experiences, engaging digital campaigns, and talent engagement programs that resonate with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders.
What will your typical day look like?
Responsibilities:
- Brand Activation Program and Campaign Support: Support the development and execution of global brand activation programs that position the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Partnership and marketing campaigns (inc. "The First Effect Campaign" and "Team Deloitte."), fostering collaboration across the Deloitte member firm network to ensure successful and impactful local market activations, both internally and externally.
- Client Engagement & Storytelling: Assist in the creation and implementation of compelling client marketing initiatives, working with the IOC Account team and member firm stakeholders to articulate Deloitte's service delivery narrative and demonstrate our tangible impact on the Olympic and Paralympic Movements.
- Talent Activation Support: Assist in the implementation of comprehensive talent engagement strategies and programmes designed to inspire and connect our people with the IOC partnership. Support collaboration with member firms to co-create, design, and deliver impactful Games time programmes and experiences for our people, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Content Review & Management:
- Contribute to the development, review, and quality assurance of marketing collateral, presentations, toolkits, templates and client communications, upholding stringent brand guidelines and strategic messaging standards. This includes managing content through the IOC’s TRACK system, sharing materials internally for review, consolidating feedback, and facilitating Games time reviews.
- Assist in crafting and curating compelling narratives and content for internal channels, including the intranet, newsletters, and virtual events, and support the management and enhancement of the IOC partnership intranet site.
- Collaboration and alignment: Facilitate and support robust cross-functional collaboration across marketing, communications, talents and client service teams, as well as agencies and external parties, ensuring effective delivery of activation initiatives and strategic alignment with Deloitte's overarching business objectives.
- Content development and quality assurance: Coordinate the development, review, and quality assurance of all marketing collateral, presentations, and client communications, upholding stringent brand guidelines, IOC TRACK process and strategic messaging standards, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Stakeholder relationship management: Build relationships with, and manage stakeholders across brand, marketing, communications and talent teams within the Deloitte organization and externally (IOC, agencies etc.) to drive alignment, maximize partnership value, and support strategic priorities on campaigns, programs and activations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in brand activation, client engagement, digital campaigns, partnership management, talent engagement, internal communications, or integrated marketing roles within a global organization. Experience with brand initiatives tied to client marketing, people engagement, partnerships within a complex global environment is highly advantageous. Prior experience with sports partnerships, particularly within the Olympic and Paralympic ecosystem, is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and creatively shape initiatives that deliver measurable impact and value across diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with digital engagement platforms (e.g., intranet sites, collaboration tools) is beneficial.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and influencing stakeholders across diverse internal and external audiences.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across a global network, fostering collaboration and achieving consensus.
- Comfortable working effectively within a remote team structure, demonstrating strong time management, self-motivation, and the ability to independently drive projects forward. A high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity, coupled with a proactive approach to asking insightful questions and seeking strategic guidance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to collaborate across international time zones and accommodate project demands. Some international travel may be required.
- A genuine passion for sport, partnership marketing, and the Olympic and Paralympic Movements is highly advantageous, contributing to authentic engagement and storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with the capability to create high-quality, impactful deliverables and presentations
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
