Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Client application support and maintenance for sourcing applications that include Coupa Mobile and Coupa CLMA/Contracts. This role will effectively partner with business users and coordinate in real time with the offshore Support team.

• Hands on work across Coupa Procure-to-Pay, vendor catalogs, pricing, and purchasing workflows.
• Serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, end users, suppliers, and Support, ensuring timely issue resolution, clear communication, and smooth daily operations.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Qualifications

Required

• Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) SME (5+ years): Deep hands-on experience configuring/supporting requisitioning, purchasing workflows, approvals, policy controls, and Coupa Mobile rollout/support.
• Catalogs & content management (4+ years): Managed hosted and punchout catalogs, including catalog enablement, maintenance, pricing updates, and price validation controls with suppliers and internal teams.
• Supplier onboarding & enablement (3+ years): Supported supplier onboarding, supplier enablement troubleshooting, and steady-state operational support across business users and suppliers.
• L2/L3 application & production support (4+ years): Led incident triage/resolution, ticket management, SLA adherence, hypercare, escalation management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/problem management.
• Release, change & regression validation (3+ years): Supported release/change cycles, coordinated testing, executed regression validation, and communicated impacts to business stakeholders.
• Integrations & data troubleshooting (3+ years): Troubleshot Coupa-to-ERP/AP integrations, performed interface error analysis, and demonstrated data mapping awareness plus reporting/trend analysis for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,725 to $127,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
