Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

  • Ingest and integrate client datasets by coordinating secure data transfers, profiling incoming files, and orchestrating end-to-end pipelines that resolve deconfliction and complex integration issues across sources.
  • Clean, standardize, and transform raw data using repeatable routines for validation, deduplication, and business-rule application to deliver client-specified output formats and curated analytics-ready tables.
  • Load and manage data in cloud database platforms by designing efficient schemas, executing scheduled loads/incremental updates, monitoring data quality controls, and troubleshooting pipeline failures to meet reporting SLAs.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards by translating stakeholder requirements into metrics, data models, and visualizations, and publishing governed dashboards that surface trends, KPIs, and operational insights.
  • Own legacy reporting and statistics generation systems by rapidly understanding inherited codebases, debugging data anomalies via ad-hoc analysis, implementing enhancements with tests, and providing peer code reviews while partnering directly with clients and internal team members.

Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active public trust security clearance required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data engineering and/or analytics roles supporting production data pipelines, reporting, and stakeholder-driven analysis.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience of development experience with Python and SQL proficiency to ingest, clean, transform, and validate datasets; build/maintain ETL/ELT workflows; and troubleshoot data anomalies end-to-end.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience designing, building, and maintaining dashboards, including creating reliable data sources/models and translating requirements into actionable visual insights.
  • Professional python certification such as PCPP1, PCAP, or PCEP.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree perferred.
  • Active TS Security Clearance Perferred.
  • Professional Tableau certification perferred.
