Position Summary
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You’ll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based nutrition strategies, dietary best practices, health optimization, and recovery for Service members
- Provide guidance on nutrition, food environment, and related behavioral health factors to enhance physical and operational readiness in the military context
- Consult on shaping policy and strategy regarding nutrition and wellness programs
- Apply analytical skills to assess nutrition and fueling programs, identify challenges, and develop solutions that drive wellness for Service members

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields: Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, etc
- 5+ years’ experience in health and fitness
- 5+ years’ experience in military and or veterans’ health
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret level clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer. sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in related fields: Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, etc
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge in nutrition, dietetics, and food science, to translate research into recommendations for real-world application to Service members
- Experience with nutrition assessments, evidence-based dietary counseling, large-scale menu and food environment analysis/assessment, fueling and supplementation protocols, nutrient breakdown analysis, hydration strategies
- Understanding of the military context, collaboration, executive communications, research and analysis
