Position Summary

Work You’ll Do
As a Workday HCM Integrations, Conversions, and Reporting Consultant on our Human Capital team, you will:
- Leverage and grow your background in system integration and data migration as you learn to work with the Workday platform and technologies
- Participate in large-scale organizational transformations by supporting critical data conversion, integration, and reporting activities for our Government and Public Services clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, data sources, integration, and reporting needs, translating them into effective technical solutions
- Work within Agile delivery frameworks, engaging in SCRUM ceremonies and collaborating in sprints to design, test, and implement integration and reporting solutions
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data quality, interface errors, and report accuracy for successful system go-live
- Document technical processes, create data mapping guides, and help develop testing strategies to ensure system reliability and client satisfaction
- Present key findings and deliverables to clients, leveraging tools such as PowerPoint and Excel for clear communication, data analysis and validation
- Advance your technology and consulting skillset through ongoing learning and formal Workday certification

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- 1+ years of experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) or a demonstrated interest in learning these skills
- 1+ years of experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as working in Agile teams or familiarity with SCRUM principles and ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Active TS/SCI Security clearance and ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI w/Poly clearance required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required Workday Certification for the role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work full-time onsite at client locations
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science (CS), Business Information Systems (BIS), or a closely related technical field
Preferred:
- Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
- Experience with system integration concepts or data migration activities (APIs, ETL tools, middleware, or legacy-to-cloud migrations)
- Experience with data validation, transformation, and cleansing in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar platforms
- Experience with HRIS, HCM, or ERP systems integration (Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
- Experience with Workday integration frameworks (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors) or comparable integration technologies
- Experience with data mapping, interface specifications, or ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
- Experience problem-solving and troubleshooting in complex data environments
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, or other data exchange formats
