Work You’ll Do
The Microelectronic Supply Chain Manager oversees the planning, sourcing, production, and distribution of components and finished products across the microelectronics value chain
- Develop strategic partnerships to ensure reliable access to critical materials
- Forecast demand for electronic components and finished products, often using advanced analytics and market intelligence
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality) to align supply availability with product development cycles
- Identify and mitigate risks such as supply chain disruptions

Qualifications
Required:
- Masters degree in Industrial Engineering
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain and network operations
- 4+ years of management/lead experience within supply chain to include;
- Experience with supply chain operations in the public sector
- Experience managing process improvement and design
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in Alexandria or McLean
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
