NetSuite HR Project Implementation Consultant

Work you’ll do
A NetSuite Consultant at Deloitte supports the rollout of NetSuite SuitePeople for our clients. You will focus on optimizing HR processes and ensuring successful adoption of the HRIS platform, coordinate project activities and align technology solutions with HR and business needs. You will:
- Lead the design and implementation of HR processes and policies using SuitePeople, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR strategy.
- Configure and optimize SuitePeople to meet HR needs, ensuring the system supports best-in-class HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary HR project advocate, partnering closely with CFOs and executive sponsors to ensure HR initiatives support broader business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, listening sessions, and communications to gather HR requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in across HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Support management efforts, including training, communication, and adoption strategies for HR teams and end users.
- Deliver training and support to HR teams, empowering them to maximize the value of the new HRIS.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite SuitePeople or similar HRIS platforms
- 1+ years experience in collaborating with CFOs, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive HR transformation.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
· Experience with NetSuite integrations and customizations
· A Certified NetSuite Professional
· Experience with full life cycle NetSuite implementations
· Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84400 to $155400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
