Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist II on the project, you will:
- Lead the existing team that manages the client mission and communications.
- Conduct research, analysis, and coordination on issues related to the U.S. nuclear mission.
- Manage and coordinate activities for the client group, supporting senior leadership by translating complex issues into clear summaries, and preparing for congressional engagements.
- Translate complex nuclear issues into efficient documentation for senior DoD leaders.
- Lead scheduling, meeting logistics, and coordination with other USG agencies, and document production and analysis of technical requirements.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS Clearance, with SCI eligibility, required
- Reside within a commutable distance to the client site in Arlington, VA
- Ability to work onsite 100%
- 8+ years of relevant experience in defense, nuclear policy, or related fields.
- Experience in nuclear weapons systems/operations, nuclear weapons physical security and safety, internal nuke cooperation, nuke forensics, nuke survivability, or CWMD capabilities
Preferred:
- Masters or PhD in in Business Management, Engineering, or other related field
- Experience working in an Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Staff, or Interagency environment
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
- Experience with Congressional affairs
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
